SATISFIED WITH ITS CARE. THE CAT NETWORK, INC. DOES NOT OPERATE A SHELTER. ALL OUR CATS ARE HOUSED IN FOSTER CARE IN MEMBER'S HOMES.
WHERE THE ADOPTED CAT is BEING KEPT. THE CAT NETWORK, INC. MAY RECLAIM THIS CAT IF NOT
I agree to spay or neuter this cat before the age of four months. I agree to feed. properly care for and treat this cat with kindness. I agree to keep this cat indoors. If this cat escapes and is not recovered within 24 hours, I agree to notify The Cat Network, Inc. immediately. I will love this cat and keep this cat as an important member of my family. I agree to give this cat regular veterinary care. including all vaccinations. If, for any reason at any time during my guardianship of this cat, I cannot comply with this adoption agreement, or if the adoption is not satisfactory, I will contact the foster parent and The Cat Network, Inc., who. at their sole discretion, may take this cat back, assist me in finding another home for this cat or place this cat in a foster home until a permanent home can be found. I will not take this cat to any shelter for disposal or turn it loose in thestreet to fend for itself nor will I barter, sell or give it to another nor allow it to be used for medical or any other experimentation. The Cat Network, Inc. assumes no responsibility for this adoption. The Cat Network, Inc. makes no claim or representation as to the temperament. health. mental disposition. conduct or personality of any cat for adoption. I agree not to make any claim against The Cat Network, Inc., its officers or agents, with respect to this cat or any injury which this cat may cause. I hereby release The Cat Network, Inc., its officers or agents from any liability related to the adoption of this cat. In the event that I do not comply with the terms of this adoption agreement. or if the cat is abused or neglected. one of The Cat Network, Inc. remedies will be to recover the cat from me upon demand. Promptly after demand is made. The Cat Network, Inc. will come to my home and I will surrender the cat to them immediately. In addition without waiving any of The Cat Network, Inc. rights under this adoption agreement. if do not surrender the cat to you or if there is any other breach under this adoption agreement. I will owe The Cat Network, Inc. a payment in the amount of $300.00. agreed between us as just and reasonable liquidated damages to compensate The Cat Network, Inc. for its costs and expenses in connection with my breach of this adoption agreement. I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this adoption agreement. Any moneysI have given to The Cat Network. Inc. is a donation toward its work in caring for this and other cats. If I have to return this cat to The Cat Network, Inc. because of any misrepresentation I have made to The Cat Network, Inc. or if I return this cat after a period of three weeks from the date of the adoption for any reason whatsoever, I understand and agree that The Cat Network, Inc. is under no obligation to refund my adoption donation.
